How does dock auto switch work?

Dock auto switch is a handy feature, while the app is open, dock your device (or connect to an USB cable) and the app switch to dock mode automatically. If the app is not open, launching the app will go into dock mode directly when the device is docked. Please note this feature is turned off by default, you need to enable this feature in the 'Setting' screen.
Can I change the alarm snooze interval?

The default snooze interval for 15 minutes. Currently you can't change this interval.
No alert sound when my alarm goes off?

Please make sure your device is not in silent mode (i.e. the silent switch is not switched on), 3rd party apps can't play alert sound in background when the device is in silent mode, this is a limitation set by Apple.

Can I see what's on now in all channels?

Yes, the channel overview feature is added on version 2.0.

How does the export to Xcode feature work?

Xcode export is generated by our cloud service, simply choose the Export option in your mockup the app will present you a URL to download the exported Xcode project, you can then download the project on your mac.
I encountered 'Base SDK missing' error when compiling my exported Xcode project.

You may have to change the project setting to build against the latest SDK, check out this stackoverflow question.
How do I bring up a control that's covered by another one??

Bring up the main menu (by shaking the device or double tap on mockup screen blank area), then tap 'Organize Controls' buttons, you can either drag to the top, or just tapping the control to edit the control's attribute.
How do I export my mockup screen to a image file??

Choose 'Share' option in the main menu, then tap 'Save Image' to save the image to your camera roll, or 'Email Image' to email the image as an attachment.
How do I backup my works?

Sync with iTunes and all your data will be backed up by iTunes.
Will there be an update for even more controls and options?

Of course! And updates will be free.
When?

Interface 2 is currently under development with full iOS 5 appearance framework support, it will be released soon after iOS 5. Follow @lesscode for latest updates.

How does Powderful detect beginning and end of run?

Powderful detects run by constantly tracking your attitude, if you are ascending for a period of time then you must be riding the chairlift.
What if I stopped for some rests during a run?

If you are stationary for a period of time, Powderful will close the run, when you start running downhill again, Powderful will start a new run. This "End on Stationary" feature can be turn off in the setting.
Can I manually start/end a run?

Yes, by tapping the override icon on the main navigation bar, you can reveal the manual control panel.
Can I export my run to Google Earth?

Yes, you can even preview the run on the Google Earth iPhone app if you have it installed.
Can I merge two runs?

Yes.

What devices does Server Remote support?

Server Remote runs on iPhone, iPhone 3G, iPhone 3Gs, iPhone 4 and iPod Touch (1st & 2nd Generation). Server Remote requires iPhone OS 3.0 or higher.
How does Server Remote get the server statistics?

Server Remote retrieves server stats by querying procfs, it issues commands like 'cat /proc/uptime' and 'cat /proc/meminfo'.
Do I need to install software on my server?

No, you just need a SSH enabled account with read permission to /proc.
What authentication methods does Server Remote support?

Server Remote only supports SSH password authentication at the current stage, public key & keyboard-interactive authentication methods are planned in future release.
What stats does Server Remote support?

Server Remote reports system uptime, load averages, physical memory usage and swap usage, more stats are planed in future release.
You can always run your own command on the server via the built-in mini terminal if you need some custom stats.
What Linux distros does Server Remote support?

As long as you Linux server has procfs mounted on /proc, it should be supported.
